Caritas

Caritas Regio is a network of regional aid organizations that support people affected by poverty and social disadvantage throughout Switzerland. Their mission is to combat poverty and promote both social and professional integration. When I joined the project through the agency, the MVP had already been developed. I was subsequently involved in several feature releases, including campaign pages, a new blog section and the design and refinement of various modules. One of the key challenges of the project is its structure: 16 regional offices must be represented within a single, unified website. This is particularly complex in the “Services” section, as the offerings are similar across regions but differ in important details. This section is currently being rethought to better align with the client’s evolving requirements.
