Pilatus

(2025)

Description

The project aimed to reposition the Pilatus brand, increase visibility, and boost revenue through digital channels. The outdated website required a complete redesign, along with a CMS switch to improve content management. A key challenge was the integration of APIs like e-guma and SimpleBooking, which limited design flexibility. With a tight timeline, the MVP had to focus strictly on essential features.

During UX research, I conducted interviews, developed product concepts, and created wireframes to define an effective user experience. The target group was highly diverse – from national to international guests with varying needs and levels of digital familiarity. As UI Lead in this project, I presented design concepts in all stakeholder meetings and ensured user needs were reflected throughout. The agency „Crème fraîche“ delivered the new branding, and we adjusted the color scheme for accessibility compliance. Collaboration was close – both with the client and internally with development and data teams. We held weekly stakeholder meetings to present scenario-based designs. Once approved, I coordinated weekly with developers to clarify questions, ensure feasibility, and support quality assurance.Overall, the project successfully balanced technical constraints, tight deadlines, and design requirements.
