Description

The project aimed to clearly position the Pilatus brand, increase visibility against competitors and boost revenue through digital channels. The existing website was outdated and needed a redesign, as well a CMS migration was planned. The challenge was the complex integration of technical APIs like e-guma and SimpleBooking, which significantly limited the design scope. With a tight schedule, the MVP needed to stay clear and focused. During the UX research, I conducted interviews, developed several product concepts and created wireframes to find the best user experience. The agency „Crème fraîche“ was responsible for the new branding and we had to revise the color scheme to meet accessibility requirements. Overall, the project successfully balanced technical constraints, tight deadlines and design requirements.
